Supplied in SMF package with 1 mm profile, SMFxxA Series provides surge capability of 200 W at 10/1000 µs. Series includes 32 devices with working voltages from 5–58 V, peak pulse current from 2.1–21.7 A, clamping capability from 9.2–95 V, and operating temperature from -55 to +150°C. RoHS-compliant and halogen-free, surface mount devices provide ESD capability of ±30 kV in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2. Units are suited for laptops, tablets, and external hard drives.
