Objective To build strong relationships with the Technical Managers at ESTEC to assist Telespazio VEGA in attaining an outstanding level of service working under the direction of Telespazio VEGA UK ESTEC Group Manager. Account Management. Responsibilities Duties Regular discussion with ESA Technical Managers in all technical domains open to Telespazio VEGA UK in order to build general understanding of ongoing requirements and preidentify client requirements before they are released to open tender Identify and have discussions with specified candidates to gauge salary expectations and to promote Telespazio VEGA UK On release of client requirements carry out discussions with ESA Technical Managers to expand upon generic job descriptions and ensure that the UK recruitment department have a clear briefing on the type of candidates required preferred Report regularly to Telespazio VEGA UK ESTEC Group manager and assist in setting priorities and arranging meetings Maintain regular contact with Telespazio VEGA team leaders and staff in order to ensure that any information on potential client requirements is collected and fed back to UK recruitment and management team Qualifications Experience Previous experience of working within the Space Industry Understanding of space based engineering Experience of working in a customer facing role Essential Skills Excellent communication skills Good written and spoken English Desirable Skills Knowledge of ESTEC site and key personnel Past experience of recruitment business Qualities Ability to influence while keeping the client onside Self motivated Ability to work autonomously Strong team player Further Details All roles within Telespazio VEGA have a defined closing date, however if a successful candidate is found before the advert expires the role will be closed early.
