EU Clothing Imports in 2nd Quarter and 1st Half 2020: Categories (Quarterly Report)

2020-09-30 19:07:55| EmergingTextiles.com

EU's imports have more declined in knit apparel than in woven apparel categories in the second quarter of the year, as the negative impact of the Covid-19 crisis dramatically disrupted supply chains. The products have been affected in different ways, with unit prices rising at a very different pace depending on 4-digit HS categories. Our data cover the 27 members of the European Union, now excluding the U.K. Data cover the first quarter in the last five years, with volume, value and unit value changes in euro and US$ terms per HS 4-digit product category. Full tables are available for download with historical data from the second quarter and first half 2015-20.
