Blue and Green: EU leaders have agreed on a climate change pact that requires the bloc to cut its greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40% by 2030.
The climate package, finalised at a meeting of heads of state and government in Brussels, also sets two 27% targets for renewable energys market share and for energy efficiency improvements across the EU.
