EU auto sales up after six-year decline

Turin, January 16 - Car sales are on the rise in Europe for the first time in six years, up 5.4% in 2014 over 2013 figures, according to data reported by vehicle makers' association ACEA on Friday. ACEA reported that 13,004,451 cars were delivered in the 28 member states of the EU and 4 member states of the European Free Trade Association in 2014.
