BusinessGreen: Germany has been accused of delaying long-running EU plans to introduce stricter car pollution targets, over fears the new rules would harm the country's luxury car industry. But the move has dismayed some other manufacturers, which are investing heavily in new low-emission and fuel-efficient technology. Representatives of EU member states were yesterday planning to discuss and endorse a 95g CO2/km target for 2020 that was agreed in a trialogue between the European Commission, Council and Parliament...
