Frontier Airlines CEO David Siegel explains how his airline's new ultra-low-cost carrier model will work in April 2014. Frontier Airlines turned a profit in 2014 under its new ultra-low-cost fare model, an accomplishment that will allow the Denver-based carrier to boost salaries for key employees and, its leaders hope, help turn back the onslaught of complaints that have overwhelmed it in recent months.
