General Employment Enterprises, a large national staffing firm based in Chicago, is acquiring Scribe Solutions Inc. - one of the fastest-growing companies in Jacksonville. As part of the deal, General Employment will also make Scribe's CEO Derek Dewan the top executive at the publicly traded General Employment , a move that is expected to position the larger company for significant market growth.
