East Rutherford-based Cambrex raises 2015 outlook

Cambrex Corp. raised its 2015 outlook Thursday as the East Rutherford-based life-sciences company reported better-than-expected second-quarter results. Sales rose 9 percent to $106.4 million on a year-over-year basis because of larger volumes of certain active pharmaceutical ingredients, also known as APIs, and higher pricing on some products, said the company.
