934 ABPZ20 KNHC 020514 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Sat Sep 1 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Norman, located more than 1000 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Depression Seventeen-E, located about 600 miles west-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. An area of low pressure is expected to form well south of the southwestern coast of Mexico in a few days.
