219 ABPZ20 KNHC 021718 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Sun Sep 2 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Norman, located near 1300 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Storm Olivia, located about 500 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California peninsula. An broad area of low pressure is expected to form well south of the southwestern coast of Mexico in a few days.
