065 ABPZ20 KNHC 081733 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Sat Sep 8 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Olivia, located about 1100 miles east of Hilo, Hawaii, and has initiated advisories on Tropical Depression Eighteen-E, located about 600 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
