061 ABPZ20 KNHC 010501 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Sun Sep 30 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Rosa, located a couple hundred miles southwest of Punta Eugenia, Mexico, and on Tropical Storm Sergio, located several hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico.
