000 ABPZ20 KNHC 212330 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Sun Oct 21 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Vicente, located a couple hundred miles southeast of Acapulco, Mexico, and on Hurricane Willa, located a couple of hundred miles south-southwest of Cabo Corrientes, Mexico. A small area of low pressure is located about 950 miles south- southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
