000 ABPZ20 KNHC 222336 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Mon Oct 22 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Vicente, located a few hundred miles southeast of Manzanillo, Mexico, and on Hurricane Willa, located about a hundred miles west of Cabo Corrientes, Mexico. Showers and thunderstorms remain minimal in association with a small area of low pressure located about 800 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
