000 ABPZ20 KNHC 021116 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Tue Jul 2 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Barbara, located more than 1000 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. An area of low pressure is forecast to develop later this week several hundred miles southwest of the southern coast of Mexico.
