000 ABPZ20 KNHC 071720 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Sun Jul 7 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Cosme, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. An area of low pressure is likely to form several hundred miles south of the southern coast of Mexico in a couple of days. Some slow development is possible through Thursday while the system moves westward to west-northwestward.
