000 ABPZ20 KNHC 160515 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Mon Jul 15 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A tropical wave located a couple of hundred miles south of El Salvador is producing cloudiness and showers. Environmental conditions are forecast to become conducive for gradual development later this week, and a tropical depression could form by the weekend.
