000 ABPZ20 KNHC 272309 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Sat Jul 27 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Erick located between Mexico and the Hawaiian Islands. An area of low pressure accompanied by disturbed weather is located a few hundred miles southwest of Acapulco, Mexico. This system has become better organized since yesterday, and conditions appear favorable for additional development.
