000 ABPZ20 KNHC 280543 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Sat Jul 27 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Erick, located between Mexico and the Hawaiian Islands. An area of low pressure accompanied by disturbed weather is located several hundred miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico. This system continues to become better organized, and conditions appear favorable for additional development.
