000 ABPZ20 KNHC 292332 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Mon Jul 29 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Erick, located in the far southwestern region of the basin, and on Tropical Storm Flossie, located several hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. A large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms centered several hundred miles south of Acapulco is associated with a tropical wave. Upper-level winds could become marginally conducive for development in a few days while the system moves quickly west-northwestward, well to the southwest of the coast of Mexico. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent. $$ Forecaster Blake
