365 ABPZ20 KNHC 301104 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Tue Jul 30 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Flossie, located about 1000 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. A broad area of disturbed weather is associated with a tropical wave located a few hundred miles south of Acapulco, Mexico.
