000 ABPZ20 KNHC 192327 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Wed Aug 19 2020 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Genevieve, located less than 100 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. An area of low pressure is expected to form later this week and over the weekend several hundred miles southwest of the southwestern coast of Mexico.
