000 ABPZ20 KNHC 092314 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Fri Oct 9 2020 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Norbert, located several hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. A small, well-defined low pressure system located more than 1400 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing limited shower and thunderstorm activity due to nearby dry air.
