000 ABPZ20 KNHC 140541 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1000 PM PST Fri Nov 13 2020 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Shower and thunderstorm activity has changed little during the past several hours in association with a broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles southwest of the coast of southern Mexico.
