000 ABPZ20 KNHC 231133 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 400 AM PST Mon Nov 23 2020 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A trough of low pressure located several hundred miles south- southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Conditions are forecast to be only marginally conducive for slow development of this disturbance over the next day or so as it moves west-northwestward.
