000 ABPZ20 KNHC 141744 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Wed Jul 14 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Felicia, located several hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California. An area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms, located over the eastern Pacific south and southeast of the coast of southern Mexico, are associated with a tropical wave moving westward at 10 to 15 mph.
