742 ABPZ20 KNHC 180528 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Sat Jul 17 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Felicia, located over the southwestern part of the basin, and on Tropical Storm Guillermo, located a few hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
