000 ABPZ20 KNHC 051120 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Thu Aug 5 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Hilda, located a little over 1200 miles west of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Jimena, located over the far western part of the eastern Pacific basin. A broad area of low pressure is expected to develop a few hundred miles offshore of the southwestern coast of Mexico by Sunday.
