000 ABPZ20 KNHC 131743 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Mon Sep 13 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Showers and thunderstorms remain disorganized in association with an elongated trough of low pressure located about 100 miles offshore the southern and southwestern coasts of Mexico. Environmental conditions are only marginally conducive, and any development should be slow to occur over the next couple of days while the system moves westward or west-northwestward at 5 to 10 mph.
