000 ABPZ20 KNHC 251134 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Sun Aug 25 2024 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Active Systems: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Gilma, located about midway between the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula and the Hawaiian Islands. Central and Western Portion of the East Pacific (EP92): Shower and thunderstorm activity continues to show signs of organization in association with an area of low pressure located well away from land over the central portion of the basin.
