Ecolab Inc., a Fortune 500 company, is seeking about $1 million in city incentives as it proposes building a 120,000-square-foot distribution center at the Tradeport Industrial Park near Jacksonville International Airport, according to legislation filed with the City Council today. The company, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, is looking to accommodate the expansion of its medical device operation, Microtek Medical .
