Economic report on natgas pipeline being released Wednesday

Dominion Resources continues to make the economic case for a natural gas pipeline that would run from West Virginia, through Virginia and into North Carolina. The Virginia energy company is scheduled Wednesday to outline a report on what it calls "significant additional" economic benefits from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.
