We are currently looking for an Education Officer to support our customer in the Netherlands. Education Officer Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the STEM Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics Education and Outreach Unit in the ESA Education and Knowledge Management Office, you will support the management and outreach of ESAs education activities at primary and secondary level in particular you will have the following responsibilities Maintain an updated map of the STEM curricula across ESA Member and Cooperating States Create and maintain a database of latest results on STEM pedagogy, teaching methodologies, trends and statistics at national and European level Continuously support the correct implementation of all ESERO contracts on a daily basis and ESAs activities related to the ESERO project e.g. organization of ESA ESERO workshops, regular progress meetings with the ESERO Offices, etc Support the enlargement of the ESERO network to other Member States in particular supporting the proposal evaluation and the contract implementation phase. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University master or equivalent qualification Experience in STEM formal and informal education projects and activities, preferably at international level Experience in project management Knowledge of ESA and the space sector is an asset Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
