Representatives from General Motors Corp. got an earful Wednesday of what the city's Design Review Board would like to see in a proposed Chevrolet dealership. The meeting, termed a pre-application study session, began the first test of the city's San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan, guidelines approved last year to attract high-density, pedestrian-friendly development along the city's main commercial corridor.
