Oven is constructed with 4 in. insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, Type 304 stainless steel interior, and six 200 lb capacity shelves. System includes explosion-venting door hardware, 12-port vacuum manifold, and 2 hp rotary vane vacuum pump with pre-filter.
