Offering stable temperature characteristics and 40–60 mΩ resistance, DMF series can be charged and discharged frequently over -30 to +70°C operating range. Capacitance values of 330 and 470 mF support various energy requirement demands, and package thickness ranges from 2.5 mm ±0.2 mm to 3.2 mm ±0.2 mm. All products in series provide instantaneous maximum working voltage of 5.5 V and have simplified, inline terminal configuration that optimizes board space.
