Electrical Functional AIT Engineer Deadline for applications ASAP Job Description We are looking for an Electrical Functional AIT Engineer on behalf of our client for their location in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany. In this position you shall be responsible for the implementation of electrical and functional integration and test processes in one of our clients large space projects. Within the project you plan the electrical integration and test campaigns and you establish the relevant documents like plans and procedures. The leading execution of integration and test activities is part of this position as well as the support to System Engineering, Product Assurance and Project Management for project decisions. The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and not by our Client. The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to Tasks and Responsibilities Independent concept and generation of the electrical integration and functional test procedures at satellite and instrument level in one of our clients large space projects in compliance with functional requirements and costschedule plans Autonomous execution of integration and test activities As Technical supply manager TSM, define the EGSE in compliance with technical parameters and cost requirements, support the EGSE procurement taking into account the budget and schedule constraints Support of the Project and System Engineering Teams throughout all project phases with regard to electrical and functional AIT aspects, be prepared to interface with customers and subcontractors Interface and harmonize with the teams of related disciplines like AIT system, Mechanics, Optics, Electric, Work preparation and manufacturing Prepare and implement standard AIT boards such as IRR, TRR, PTR and TRB, participation in project reviews Impact Assessment on problems and nonconformances with the proper documentation and proactive seeking of support of other experts when necessary Prepare and compile required AIT documents, such as AIT plans, procedures and test reports In cooperation with Product Assurance conduct inspections, keep logsheet records, compile nonconformance and problem reports. Requirements Diploma in electrical engineering or similar Practical experience as electrical engineer in an industrial environment Ability to establish and work according to procedures and to assure the necessary documentation Ability to work in a structured way, high degree of motivation and identification with the group and the respective project Ability to reach goals also under schedule pressure Excellent communication skills Strong ability to work in teams also in international environment Availability to work on 24 hours 3 shift, during the weekend and abroad for test and possible launch campaign Good written and oral English.
