Oven features water misting system in case of fire, insulated floor with cart tracks that prevents damage to facility floors, and bi-parting doors for loading/unloading of customer-supplied carts. Digital temperature controller can store recipes for different heating cycles, while front USB port enables storage drive to be uploaded and downloaded to/from controller to computer.
