Unit features 10 in. thick insulated walls, comprising 2 in. of 1,900°F block and 8 in. of 10 lb/cf density rockwool. Constructed with aluminized steel exterior and Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior, oven has inner/outer door gaskets and 7 in. insulated floor with truck wheel guide tracks.
