Electroless nickel plating is RoHS-compliant process for chemically applying nickel-alloy deposits onto aluminum substrates. Featuring uniform deposit thickness and close dimensional tolerance capabilities, it accommodates irregularly shaped, detailed part geometries. Medium and high phosphorous content nickel plating are available, meeting AMS-C-26074 and military standards. Nickel plating and chromate conversion coating production is provided for parts up to 24 x 24 x 24 in.
