Driven by ball or planetary screw assemblies, EMC Heavy Duty (HD) electromechanical cylinders are sturdy and ready-to-install units intended for machinery and equipment as well as outdoor use. Force, position, and speed can be parameterized by user and adapted at all times to new tasks via drive system. Without additional position sensor, EMC-HD achieves repeatability accuracy of up to ±0.01 mm for any number of freely selectable positions within travel range of up to 1,200 mm.
