This means the engineer fm is involved in the entire design process. Requirements Master Degree in electrical engineering or electronics Experience in electronics manufacturing engineering Experience in mechanical and thermal architecture Very good knowledge in mechanical and thermal simulation tools Knowledge of MCAD e.g. Catiaand ECAD e.g. Mentor Capability to work in a multinational complex environment Proficiency in English and German Very good communication and analytical skills Responsibilities As an Engineer fm for Electronics you support the design team, prepare design changes to release them and you are responsible for the review of drawings and changes. You ensure the environmental and operational reliability requirements which are typically encountered in space applications, from the beginning of the design phase. You are responsible for the documentation related to the project configuration. Another part of your job is to contact suppliers and to support the PCB procurement process. Furthermore, you establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders in order to ensure an optimal design.
