Available in stand-alone tiers for small, medium, and large electronics test systems, PowerStar v6 provides test library that lets users program without coding. Built-in library allows instrument set-up and DUT output test parameters to be defined using drag-and-drop menu from library. Along with data logging options, features include fill-in-the-blank test screens, integrated configuration manager, Windows XP/7/8 (32- and 64-bit) compatibility, and custom report generator.
