Electronics marketing, tech solutions markets lead the way for Avnet's 2Q growth

Avnet Inc.'s second-quarter revenue growth was strengthened by its electronics marketing group, which saw its seventh consecutive quarter of growth particularly in Asia and the European markets. Kevin Moriarty , Avnet's chief financial officer, said the company's technology solutions business also saw growth in its networking and security, services and storage products.
