With adjustable speed from 1–1,000 fpm, StaticLube® electrostatic atomization Venturi system decreases lubrication consumption for metal stampers/fabricators and delivers 100% efficiency with zero waste, overspray, VOCs, and odor. Negatively charged lubricant, attracted to neutral, grounded material, ensures uniform distribution of oil-based or solid dry-film lubricant across surface of 1–75 in. wide sheets or coils of metal. Precision coating thickness capability is 1–1,000 mg/ft².
