The Nomination Committee of Elekta AB proposes that the 2015 Annual General Meeting re-elect Board members Laurent Leksell, Luciano Cattani, Siaou-Sze Lien, Wolfgang Reim, Jan Secher, Birgitta Stymne Goransson and Tomas Puusepp, and elect Johan Malmqvist and Annika Espander Jansson as directors of the Board. It is proposed that Laurent Leksell be re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
