By P. Scott Shearer, Bockorny Group, Washington, DC Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Tom Coburn (R-OK) have introduced the Corn Ethanol Mandate Elimination Act of 2013. The bill ends the corn ethanol mandate, but keeps the requirements for other biofuel production requirements. read more
