A boozing employee, arson reported near a Wheaton Dumpster and home burglaries are among the recent crime reports made in Wheaton. An employee took a bottle of champagne without paying for it from Jewel-Osco, 30 Danada Square, at 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 20. The employee proceeded to drink the champagne while working.
