The iconic Energizer Bunny, known by generations of consumers as the drum-banging stuffed toy that keeps "going and going and going." Energizer Holdings filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Bethel-based Duracell this week, claiming the local battery manufacturer has been using its own pink bunny on some packaging that's been appearing at retail outlets throughout the United States.
